Return and Refund Policy for FortheWstore.com
Return Eligibility
- eBooks are eligible for return within 24 hrs of purchase.
- Physical books are eligible for return within 24 hrs of delivery.
State of Return
- Physical books must be in new, unread condition with no visible damage.
- eBooks must not have been downloaded or accessed beyond the sample preview.
Reasons for Return
- Incorrect item received
- Damaged or defective product
- Unsatisfactory quality
- Change of mind (subject to restocking fee for physical books)
Return Process
- To initiate a return, log into your FortheWstore.com account and click "Order History."
- Select the item you wish to return and follow the prompts to generate a return label (for physical books).
- For eBooks, select "Request Refund" next to the title.
Refund Process
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned physical book or approve the eBook refund request.
- The original payment method will be refunded minus any applicable restocking fees.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable for physical books unless the return is due to an error we made.
- After seven days of purchase, eBook refunds will be processed as store credit if the return is requested.
FortheWstore.com reserves the right to deny refunds that do not meet the above criteria. We may also limit or refuse returns from customers with a history of excessive returns.
